    She was born July 9, 1917 in Montezuma. She leaves behind a loving family who treasure the memories of spending time with a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

    She is survived by her children, Judith (Robert) Johnson, of Lyons, Diane DeSain, of Geneva, Daniel Lapp, of California, Kathleen (Stephen) Longyear, of Montezuma, June (Ping) Lin, of Montezuma, Dennis (Kathy) Lapp, of Montezuma, Phyllis Wilson, of Auburn, Thomas Lapp, of Seneca Falls, and Timothy Lapp, of Montezuma; 30 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

    Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Byron Lapp Jr., in 1985; and her daughter, Elizabeth Rosington, in 2011; and a grandson, Stephen Longyear Jr., in 1988.

    Friends may call on Monday Nov. 24, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Audioun Funeral Home LLC, 218 Main St., Port Byron. Funeral services will follow at 6:15 p.m. from the Funeral Home. Private burial will be held Tuesday, Nov. 25, in Butler-Savannah Cemetery.

    In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Finger Lakes, 1130 Corporate Drive, Auburn, NY 13021.

    Services will be at 8:15 a.m. Monday at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 8:45 a.m. in St. Peter's Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.

    Byron Lapp Jr.. 64. of Chapman Road. Montezuma, passed away Thursday. August 8. 1985. unexpectedly, Mr Lapp was born in Sodus. NY. and had lived in Montezuma for 39 years. He had been employed by the Lopez Brothers of Savannah for 20 years. He was a former supervisor for the Town of Montezuma He served in World War II with the Third Armor Division and received a Silver Star for gallantry in action. He was past commander of the Thurston-Schram-Reynolds. Post VFW and was a charter and life member. Surviving are: his wife, Agnes Moroney Lapp; four sons. Daniel of Los Angeles, CA, Dennis of Okeechobee, FL, Thomas of Savannah and Tim of Montezuma; six daughters, Mrs. Robert Judy) Johnson and Mrs. Richard t Diane > DeSain both of Lyons, Mrs Dennis t Elizabeth) Rosington of Etheline, Texas.
