Feb 3, 1948 Charles Kent of Sennett died suddenly Friday morning at City Hospital. He was born in Aurelius and waa a farmer. He lived In Sennett for the past 32 years and operated a large dairy farm. He was a member of Sennett Federated Church, Mr. Kent was also an active member of the Farm Bureau .and Bennett Grange. * Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Grace Young Kent; three brothers, Thomas Kent of Auburn, George Kent of Skaneateles and William Kent of Montezuma. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday in the family home, with Rev. Harry E. Kemp, pastor of Sennett Federated Church, assisted by 4 George N. Gates, pastor of Cato Federated Church, officiating. Burial will be In Throopsville Rural Cemetery. Friends have been invited to call at the home after Saturday noon.
